How company pricing scales
Your tier follows your headcount, and the per-user cost only goes down: 5 users on Company is $250/user; seats 6–9 add $200 each; at 10 users the Team tier takes over at exactly what those seats would have cost ($2,250) and covers you to 15; seats 16–24 add $150 each. Billing is by company — one invoice, every member covered. Annual plans run ~10% off across the board.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial (card required — auto-converts unless you cancel first, and you can cancel anytime with no phone calls or retention runaround). Trials include Chapter 1 of the manual, the sample tools, and the training academy. Full access unlocks when the trial converts.
