1. The service

Hard Hat Standard provides a construction project management manual, toolkit, and training content on a subscription basis, operated by H&T Holdings, LLC, doing business as Hard Hat Standard.

2. Trial & billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your account automatically converts to a paid subscription at the plan you selected ($300/month or $3,240/year) and billing begins. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Content use and redistribution

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the manual, toolkit, and training content for your own work. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share downloaded files or their contents outside your own organization's internal use. Files may include account-identifying information for this purpose. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login access secure and for activity on your account.
